What Now?

Do you ever get stuck in the ‘Why?’ loop? Revisiting past mistakes, hurts, even betrayals, over and over again?

If you answered, yes; then you too would understand, how incredibly destructive that spiral can be. The memories of regrets, that cannot be resolved. Choices that can never be undone. There is no going back. No way to turn back the clock….

The only choice we have, maybe, is to change the question being asked.

Instead of ‘Why?’ what if we began to ask ‘What Now?’

‘What now?’ Given the wisdom and learnings gained; what will we do differently now? What can we adjust now? What treasure, could we possibly mine from that pain?

Whenever we choose to replace our spiralling ‘Why?’ with an empowering ‘What Now?’ Our brains will do, what brains do; begin to rewrite programming. Developing and creating new pathways. No longer focused on regurgitating past failings; it must begin to search out novel information.

Think of it like this; To change your perspective, you first, must change your perspective.

Put simply, instead of ‘Why?’ ask ‘What Now?’.
